Your Learning, All in One Place
The Learning & Development Hub is the central location for your Recent Graduate Program resources, online learning, session recordings and professional development activities. It has been designed to make it easy to find the information and learning opportunities you need throughout the year.
Meet the L&D Hub
The L&D Hub is Healthia's home for professional development. It brings together training modules, webinar recordings, forms and resources in one place, so you always know where to go for your learning - starting with everything in the RGP.
As a recent graduate, this is where you'll find your RGP timetable and session links, watch recordings if you miss a live session, and track what you still need to complete. Over time, it's also where the rest of your ongoing professional development at Healthia will live.
Go to the L&D Hub →Using the L&D Hub
Getting in
Open the L&D Hub tile on the Healthia Hub. Your RGP events are already assigned - find them on your home screen under 'Healthia Learning' > 'Recent Graduate'.
Calendar invites
Accept the L&D Hub invitations for each element of the RGP. They include the session links and add events to your Outlook calendar in your correct time zone.
Recordings
Missed a live session? You'll find recordings in the Hub, organised by discipline - search or browse to catch up, then click through to register that you've watched it.
What is RG MESH?
RG MESH sessions are one of the most valuable learning opportunities within the program. These live, interactive sessions bring recent graduates together to discuss clinical cases, explore current evidence and learn from experienced clinicians. Each session is designed to help you apply learning directly to clinical practice.
Each session is live and interactive, built around real clinical cases so you can put what you learn into practice straight away. They're led by experienced clinicians and run with cameras on, so come prepared to take part and ask questions. Physiotherapists are split into smaller groups based on cohort size; every other discipline learns together as one group.
What to expect
Sessions for the 2027 cohort are yet to be confirmed - details will be sent by your discipline lead and posted in the L&D Hub once finalised.
- Your discipline lead sends the timetable, dates and links; they're also in the L&D Hub.
- All times are AEST - check the impact of daylight saving on session times.
- Scan the QR code shown in each session to register your attendance.
- The final five sessions are your peer presentations.
Peer Presentations
Peer presentations are designed to support learning and professional growth, not assess performance. They provide an opportunity to reflect on your experiences, share clinical insights and receive constructive feedback from peers and experienced clinicians.
Your discipline lead will confirm your topic and date, and give feedback beforehand.
Presentation tips
- Pick a topic where you learned something or faced a challenge.
- Keep it clear and simple, with a summary slide of key takeaways.
- Include multiple-choice quiz questions tied to the evidence base.
- Stay within 7 minutes maximum.
- Submit to your discipline lead at least 2 weeks before you present.
- Practise on Teams first to avoid delays on the day.
